As a result, Grafana Cloud has native support for OpenTelemetry and Prometheus, delivering comprehensive observability without lock-in. You can connect your existing stack so you can see and alert on all your data without moving it—from metrics, logs, traces, profiles, and business data to tools like Elasticsearch, Salesforce, and MongoDB. 

It’s also smart. With Adaptive Telemetry, we use AI and machine learning to reduce waste without losing the data that matters.

We believe open source is the way to build the best software that's ubiquitous, resilient, and fast-moving. In addition to Grafana, we created and maintain Loki, Mimir, Tempo, k6, Pyroscope, Faro, Beyla, and Alloy. Grafana Labs engineers champion open standards like OpenTelemetry and Prometheus, which enable interoperability and prevent lock-in. Our open ecosystem allows you to connect across vendors, protocols, and data sources.
